Rory was our server and she was amazing! She was the sweetest, most attentive server. The food was amazing-we got the Salad, Crab Rangoons and Vegas Roll. Will deff be back
Their tonkatsu ramen is delicious, even when eaten an hour later as takeout. My estimated time for takeout was 15 minutes, but they had it ready in 10 minutes. Love that they separate the broth from the noodles/toppings, keeping everything ready to add back in to the broth later. And the marinated egg was DIVINE!
It’s always such a great food and service. Every servers are smiling and offering great service. The quality of fish is great. I’ve been to multiple sushi places in Grand Rapids area and I think this place is the best including the downtown area. Always great experience.
Ginza Sushi and Ramen is the best Ramen in Grand Rapids! Ginza is my go to spot when I am craving ramen. The service is fast and the staff are friendly. I have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend checking out Ginza Sushi & Ramen bar, and I definitely will be back. Sidenote: my Asian girlfriend approves as well!
My family and I have been coming here since the beginning, so we’ve definitely seen how the prices have gone up and the business just gets so full. I think that just means they’re doing the right things and food is really good. This time we went for Father’s Day lunch and it didn’t disappoint. Appetizers are always hot and delicious. Forgot the sushi rolls names but the Mexican roll is deep fried but is so full of flavor with the jalapeno kick. Got the champion ramen and the seafood kimchi ramen with extra spice on the side because we like spicy. We always love that we can get sushi, ramen, udon, or pho at one place. The service is always good to us when we go. This time we were asked if we’d like dessert, the kids said yes to ube cheesecake and mango mochi ice cream. Only complaint is that the prices have gone up but we won’t stop supporting because the food is good!
Wow, my family and I love coming here. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm and modern. The food is delicious - we ordered so many sushi rolls because the flavors were so fresh and the options were extensive. They also have boba and a variety of tasty drinks. The servers are super friendly and nice. We really enjoy this restaurant!
It's a very welcoming atmosphere, we chose to dine outside expecting to get forgotten out there lol But quite the opposite happened! The waitress was on top of it! She was very kind and very quick! She even offered to pack my leftovers for me I love this place
If you are eating here and the weather allows it, pick a table outside. It was so relaxing, the customer service was great and our appetizer and food came out on timely manner! I got the champions ramen and it was delicious, I do recommend to eat the lobster tail ASAP otherwise it will get overcooked and chewy by just sitting on the hot broth!! My wife got a special roll and it was just full of flavor, love the tuna it had in it! Highly recommend to try this place out!
